MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology was founded by the late Dr. MS Ramiah. The Institute is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University [VTU] and has been granted autonomous status since 2007. The Institute provides quality education in the field of Engineering. The Institute was ranked 60th in India and aims to provide quality technical education to the students. The institute has 46 collaborations with various industries. MSRIT placements are very successful and the institute states that 95% of eligible students get job offers and due to this it is one of the favored universities by students in Karnataka.
