The process of admission in MBBS in government medical colleges involves a centralised counselling process which is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Sciences (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The scores obtained by candidates in NEET 2021 will be used for admission to 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 85% State Quota MBBS seats in a government college. 15% of the total intake of seats from every government college will be reserved for AIQ quota.
